Grill Master?

Each weekend, regardless of how hot it is out by my pool, I always try and find a meal that gives me an excuse to go stand over the open flames of my apartment complex's grill. Yesterday I made my grilling expedition a two for one experience. I grilled up two chicken breasts with Montreal Seasoning (the greatest flavor ever invented) and had one with chips and hot sauce for lunch and the second with couscous and veggies for dinner. There is just something about grilling raw meat to perfection that makes me smile, especially when I get the chance to grill for others and I see the "this is amazing" smile come across their face as the take their first bite of my char-grilled creation.
